Rent this apt before August 15 and you get a $200 as a gift in Tulsa, Oklahoma For Sale

My apartment lease ends on September 20 but I am leaving my apt on the first of August. My offer is: anyone who signs a contract to rent this apartment for two months at least will get $200 from me as a gift.
The apartment has one bedroom, one large living and dining room, a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has fridge, oven, and dish washer. The apartment is not furnished.
Your contract will be new and has nothing to do with any previous contract. On the day you sign I will give you $200 from me (the leasing office has nothing to do with it) if you sign before August 15.
