This allows maintenance of the property's integrity, the preservation of surrounding property values, and the protection of the asset and the neighborhood throughout the foreclosure process or REO sale.

We are currently seeking experienced Property Preservation contractors to complete per- and post-sale Property Preservation and REO work orders.
Ideal candidates must have integrity, business management experience, a to grow a business, financial resources to start-up, willingness to work long hours, strong professional references, and an ability to complete work orders to specific client expectations professionally, correctly, and on time.
You will be required to have a truck, trailer, digital camera, smart phone, computer, lawn equipment, general hand tools, compressor, and generator to enable you to complete your daily duties.
Additionally, technology skills and industry standard insurance coverage's are required.
