Inside Sales Manager - ORS Nasco in Tulsa, Oklahoma For Sale

Description Conduct outbound sales calls within an assigned sales territory. Establish, grow, and manage distributor relationships in defined vertical markets in order to optimize profit potential for both distributor share of wallet and ORS Nasco market penetration. Job Responsibilities: Research and develop a defined book of business within an assigned territory, as well as develop new accounts in the following industry segments: Industrial, Welding, Safety, Oilfield & Pipeline, Construction, Janitorial, Material Handling, Rental, PVF, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Integrated Suppliers Profile competitor strengths and weakness within the target verticals in assigned territory Prepare an annual business plan Qualifications Job Qualifications: Inside sales experience is required Proven, measurable, sales growth results Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a marketing & sales strategy, including business planning and analytics Verifiable PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and presentation Professional manner and conduct Knowledge of master distributor business model Proven negotiation skills Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and technical personnel at provider locations, as well as within the company, utilizing various forms of media Ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently, or execute effectively within a team Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors Degree highly preferred Minimum of three (3) years direct sales experience
