Experienced and Bilingual Leasing Agent wanted in Tulsa, Oklahoma For Sale
Seeking upbeat leasing agents with good energy and positive attitude! Must be personable and enjoy interacting with current and prospective tenants. Primary duties include interacting with potential residents, giving property tours, explaining application/lease documents, and keeping accurate and complete resident records (IE: conversation logs, maintenance requests, resident ledgers, etc...). Apartment complex is 300+ units.
Qualifications
Preferred candidates will possess the following skills and resources:
- Must have leasing experience
-Must be able to work in fast pace office
-Understands Fair Housing
- bi-lingual
- Work 2-3 Saturdays per month
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Thorough and Detail-Oriented
- Professional and courteous at all times
- Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) is a plus
- Experience using Property Management software is preferred (property boss) or fast learner
