We are currently seeking anAnalystto support one of our Investment Brokerage Teams inTulsa. Job Responsibilities Prepare graphs and report monthly changes using data from the comps database Research property owner information Maintain and update directory of properties and ownership contacts Create and maintain property owner call list for business development Maintain client database and create reports Assist team with client visits and trade shows through preparation, registration, travel plans, lead list generation, and letter preparation Assist with analysis in support of investment financial modeling using Argus and Excel. Assist in preparation of Broker Opinion of Values (BOV) and Offering Memorandums. Assist with property underwriting, preliminary due diligence, comps research, and cash-on-cash models Oversee the preparation of team marketing materials Work special projects for the team as assigned Candidate Profile Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Real Estate and excellent academic credentials as well as a demonstrated interest in commercial real estate analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. 2-3 years of work experience in Finance, Real Estate, Real Estate Law, or Accounting preferred, but not required. Must have an ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables as well as advanced internet research capabilities, excellent writing skills and a very strong attention to detail. Experience completing ARGUS valuations, financial analysis and market research experience preferred, but not required.
